About us

MSA has been established for over thirty years, in that time it has grown into three sites all situated in the centre of Brighton. A family run business, MSA works in close partnership with all the main academic institutes of Brighton and Hove and over the years has built up an excellent relationship with both the city’s Universities and Brighton City College.

All our town house properties are based in different districts of central Brighton and each with there own diverse character, Powis Grove found in The peaceful Clifton Hill, the seafront situated Bedford Square and Dorset Gardens Found in the heart of lively Kemp Town. All properties have excellent links to both Universities, Brighton City Collage & The Brighton Institute of Music via Brighton’s train station and the cities bus routes.

We can offer four types of accommodation: Room only, Bed-sits, Studio Flats and Self contained flats. Rooms/flats vary in price from £62.00 to £170.00, depending on type, size and location in the house.

Common ways, shared bathrooms and shared kitchens are cleaned on a regular basis and we have a Maintenance team available when required . All our houses’ are fitted with modern Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting that are tested on a weekly basis and maintained to BS5839-2002 & BS5266-1999 respectively. Gas Safety & Electrical certificates are available on request. All our properties are licensed or are in the process of being licensed with Brighton and Hove Council under the Housing Act 2004.The licences encompasses a good standard of accommodation ,safety and management.We are members of the Southern Private Landlords Association which is affiliated to the Nation Federation of Landlords.
