Academic Year Accommodation
MSA offers a Southern Private Landlord Association contract to its tenants.
These contracts run for the university academic year, September-June and may be extended over the summer .
Rent is a payable on a termly or calendar month basis. Deposit is a months rent and will be
returnable at the end of the contract providing that the accommodation is returned in the same
condition as when first let, reasonable wear & tear is always taken into account.
