Our Powis Grove site comprises of two female only houses situated in one of Brighton & Hove’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, Clifton Hill. These Victorian houses comprise of a mixture of either bedsits (rooms with private kitchens) or rooms where all residents share the property’s modern kitchens. The houses also have a large selection of shared toilets and showers.
The properties are fully licensed by Brighton & Hove City Council, they feature a modern fire alarm system tested on a weekly basis, and have all the relevant NIC EIC & Gas Safe certification. Common areas are cleaned weekly and the properties are fully maintained.
